Astrodon Real Estate believes in providing an exceptionally high level of customer service by going above and beyond the requirements of customers. We understand that selling and purchasing a property can be both stressful and worrying. The Astrodon Real Estate team aim to make this experience as straight forward as possible without subjecting you to hard sale techniques or a stereotypical Estate agent approach.

Astrodon Real Estate is new to the Astrodon Property Group of Companies, and as this is my focal point my expertise will highlight this market.
I am Pieter Kritzinger, an Alberton resident for over 30 years. As this neighbourhood has been part of me growing up, my passion lies into giving back to the community. Winner of marketing innovation awards and Top performance awards for highest Rand sales and unit turn over has been awarded the past 6 years.
For the past 16 Years, the financial sector is my focus whereof Property Finance has been my own venture for the past 12 years, Bond Growth Homeloans and the Real Estate market the past 7 years. I am currently the only Real Estate agent in the South that offers this great value service.

Alta joined Barclays Bank Now Firs National Bank in 1971. Experienced all the different departments in the bank where she specialized in sales and marketing in 1989. She became sales and marketing manager of a cluster of eight branches, where her branches were the top performaers in the region. She was headhunted by one of her executive clients, where she started working in 1995 as a personal assistant to the CEO and was promoted as the Financial Director in 2000. Alta’s husband, Kobus Grobler with 14 years in experience in real estate in the seventies and eighties and after many years in full time ministry, decided to return to the real estate industry and join his wife, Alta.
Tyla Kassner

Tyla Kassner is an intern Real-estate Agent at Astrodon Real-Estate with little experience but gaining and learning more as fast and passionately as she can, always ready to serve and learn more as fast as she can, hungry as she can be she’s always promptly available and is punctual to arrangements. Tyla has great experience and skill in a few art forms from drawing, painting to even digital art this results in her being quite a creative person and seeing the art in architecture and furthermore makes it easy for Tyla to integrate herself into various crowds while still staying friendly and professional. Tyla uses these abilities to her advantage to see the beauty in properties and to also do great marketing of the property making her art skillset quite complimentary.
Tyla is currently working hard to acquire her PPRA Certificate and strives to do great things in the field. Tyla has used her studies and experience in Art to have created multiple brand logos and digital marketing materials with many of it being super successful with one logo she’s made being on products in 3 of the country’s 9 provinces. Tyla is always looking to expand her skillset.
